Every six months, we select one of our valued customers to receive a luxury cruise as a thank-you for their business.
We surprise the recipient
We reach out personally to share the good news and celebrate a customer who trusted ProCraft with their home.
Why we do this
At ProCraft Renovations, our customers are everything. This cruise program is our way of going beyond the roof — recognizing the homeowners who choose us, refer us, and trust us to protect their homes across Brevard and Indian River County. It's a small way to say a big thank-you.
How recipients are chosen
- This is a customer appreciation program. Recipients are selected by ProCraft Renovations from among customers who have completed a roofing project with us. Selection is at ProCraft's discretion as a gesture of thanks — it is not a random drawing or contest of chance.
- Open to ProCraft Renovations customers whose roofing project is completed and paid in full.
- ProCraft selects and awards the cruise twice per year (semi-annually).
- Approximate value of the cruise reward: up to $2,500. Recipient is responsible for any applicable taxes, gratuities, travel to the port, and any upgrades.
- ProCraft Renovations may update, pause, or end this appreciation program at any time.
